A tour is confirmed only when the 30% deposit has been paid. The remaining balance can be paid, at the latest at the beginning ofthe tour/service by cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
If the client provides a wrong date for the tour, Fenix Tours will try to provide a guide for the new date. If Fenix Tours isn't successful in providing a guide, the tours/services will be cancelled and the cancellation policy will apply.
You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour with Fenix Tours, and you must provide a real name and address for invoice purpose.
The tours/services begin on the basis of the arranged pickup time and end at the expiration of the tours/services time frame.
Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

If the client paid 30% of the total amount:
For a cancellation 60 days before the tour the client gets the full deposit refund.
For a cancellation less 30 days prior the tour, no deposit refund.
For a cancellation less 16 days prior the tour the client must pay the remaining balance.
In case you prepaid the total amount of the tour the cancellation policy is:
60 days before the tour the client gets the full deposit refund
Less than 30 days prior the tour, the client gets 70% refund.
less 16 days prior the tour, no refund.
Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client's wishes, shall not give rise to any refund.
For a booking made less than 16 days prior to the tour, we charge the full amount.
No refund in case of cancellation.
Fenix Tours cannot be held responsible for acts beyond its control such as but not only : acts of war, planned or unplanned attacks. We are not responsible for damages or losses including loss of income from persons or entities not controlled by Fenix Tours, such as transportation providers, tourist sites such as buildings, museums or other tourist attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops or any other provider. In the event of any claims, disputes arising from our relationship or caused by the tours, all parties consent to having their grievances heard in the jurisdictions of the Court of Matera, Italy.
If the tour or a part of this tour can not be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall not give rise to any refund.
Because of traffic conditions, Fenix Tours can not be held responsible if :
Every effort is made to provide photos that give the client an overview of the Services offered. These photos are intended to indicate the type or the level of comfort and sites and cannot be a source of commitment beyond that purpose.
Fenix Tours and its partners cannot be held responsible for the loss or the theft of personal belongings and luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in the vehicles or anywhere else.
It is the responsibility of the clients to check that they are in possession of the necessary documents for their stay, especially with regards to the tours outside Italy that the passport gets a visa if necessary or an updated identity card.
No refunds shall be given in case of lack or loss of the necessary documents
Fenix Tours may charge an extra fee for the tours starting for a pick up and/or a drop off elsewhere than the city of Matera.
These General Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or execution is referred to the Court of Matera
